Villa Kaz a Falvert is located on the “Leeward Coast” of Guadeloupe in Deshaies.

The villa offers you a sea view and overlooks the Mitan pond and its palm grove.

In 10 minutes on foot, you reach the magnificent beach of Grande Anse. The coastal path also allows you to follow the sea to the Pearl beach.

Near the villa, in the village of Deshaies, you will have all the amenities and shops necessary for a comfortable holiday (post office, pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, diving centers, …).

On Grande Anse beach, several restaurants welcome you and many activities are accessible from the beach.

For your pleasure, the Kaz a Falvert has a private swimming pool within a flowery tropical garden.

With its 3 bedrooms, its large living room and its covered terrace, this villa of 150 m2 can accommodate up to 6 people.

A large living room : With two large windows opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, with a beautiful sea view.

An American kitchen : Fully equipped with bar, fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle, blender.

A large covered terrace : About 40 m2, a real place of conviviality with friends or family. Dining area with dining table, Cocooning area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, sunbeds, bar.

Private salt-treated pool: Depth 1.20 to 1.65 M (renters must know how to swim).
